An Update for Dispair...

This update is for Dispair to stop bugging me for an update! Ok - so we killed Battleguard Sartura ... like last Sunday (05-21-2006)... OK SO I SLACKED AND FORGOT TO UPDATE! Sheesh!

Athough hated by many - I actually really enjoyed this fight - a nice break from the dreadful bore that is AQ40 =p

The next guy, Fankriss, seems like he will be a breeze we took a few runs at him at the end of our raid last week. But the one we are really looking forward to (or dreading, however you may want to put it, heh) is Princess Huhuran! Yay!

Also - wanted to note that we have opened up recruitment for several classes - so if you are interested, fill out an application and look for Melinda online! Please note space is limited!

Boring does not even begin to describe what AQ40 is like. Perhaps driving an icepick through your temple to keep from falling asleep is a better analogy =) Wow - all we can do is try to get through it as fast as possible!

This week we took down the little bug family - not sure really what the "official" name for this pack is, since bugs all look alike to me - but the actual mob names we took down were: Lord Kri, Princess Yauj and Vem.

The pincess has a nifty little fear that made me want to rez her up and kill her about 10 more times after we finished her - but Vem was a joke. Lord Kri was probably the most challenging one of the bunch. We have started to work on Battleguard Sartura - she doesn't seem all that horrible and we should have a picture of her carcass on our front page over the next couple of weeks.

Our recruitment push was a HUGE success! Yeah! We have been able to fill almost every open spot on our roster at this point. We do have room for one more warlock if anyone is still interested - but please be sure you meet our criteria before you apply!

Worth mentioning as well is that we have cleared AQ20 - this was not official since we have not been doing that zone on official raid nights - but on non-raid nights - so yay us!

I gotta say though - that the best part of AQ40 is the bug mounts!
