Tonight we cleaned up 2 more bosses in Molten Core. Both Golemagg and Sulfuron fell to PF's power tonight. Both fights were relatively easy for us and we were able to take them both down on the second try! We also got our first 2 Breastplates from Molten Core as well - Grats to Emily and to Kradets on taking home new BP's!

For details on loot drops you can check our raid listings. Not bad for one night's work- we took down Gehennas, Garr, Shazzrah. Geddon, Gole and Sulfuron. We start working on Majordomo next week!!

Baron goes BOOM!

Yup! Time to add another Boss to PF's death toll this month! Baron Geddon went down to PF on the first try for the night on Monday 08-15! We had taken 2 runs at him about a week ago and really didn't think we were anywhere near being able to take him down. But after a long fight, he finally collapsed. A pretty kill it wasn't - heh - but then again, we aren't here to make things pretty =D

Well after that good news - I have some more! We have recently re-opned recruitment for all classes except Paladins. We have room for about one more of each open class - a couple more for Priests and Druids - so get your apps in now! We will be processing applications on a first come first serve basis and once we have what we need, we will once again close recruitment. So, if you want to give PF a shot - now's the time to apply!

Running out of things to say...

Yup - not that my tittles are that great to begin with - but even I am running out of semi-clever one-liners to put up on our front page. Hell - I am even running out of guild quotes lol! We are killing things way too fast! Therefore, this time I am just going to come out and say:

Last night PF took down Shazzrah fairly uneventfully.

He was probably one of the easiest bosses we have done outside of Gehennas. First try we got him down under 20% and the second time, he went down for good quite casually actually..

Also - on a side note - many people have been asking me about recruitment. We have closed recruitment on most classes now with the exception of Druids, Priests, Warlocks and we have room for one more Mage. Many people ask me why did we even close recruitment? Well - we don't believe in having a cast of thousands. Instead, we have required raiding attendance so that we can keep our roster small.

Our recruitment process is fairly thorough and once a certain class is full - well - its full and unless someone leaves, we will not be taking anymore apps of that class. However things often change, and as with anyone else - our members sometimes have RL get in the way of their playtime. Therefore, if you are truly interested in joining PF, just check our recruitment page once in a while to see if any new openings have appeared.

Lately we have been on a great roll - I certainly hope we can capitalize on our momentum and keep kicking some butt!
